In truth, my very first post has a panorama of where I used to walk (when I did), and it was far from shabby.
I’m flabbergasted about that blossom, as surely it should not be there! How can there be mature berries and blossom on the hawthorn at the same time – other shrubs elsewhere have neither, their season is over. A little photo further down shows them both together.
Well, while painting, Charlie sort of gave me a look that said piss off. Can’t you tell?
