Ronovan’s Haiku Challenge #73.
The prompt: Black & White. I’ve used the ‘Haiku in English’ style.
I’m enjoying this haiku-making, as you can no doubt tell. The photo was taken in my driveway earlier this year, probably the windows phone.
Have a good day, and thanks for looking. 🙂
Um, er, ahh – I like the photo

Well, you did say you don’t get Haiku poetry – it doesn’t even rhyme for a start! My play on words relate to reading a book, or drawing to escape boredom. Even looking at old photos, perhaps. Thanks for commenting Sue.

That pic is great! I thought at first glance it was mountains but then decided that it is the sun’s rays streaming over the trees.
I really liked your haiku! It made wonderful sense because with pen and paper who can ever be bored?

Reading, writing & drawing – it’s all covered. I love that photo with the morning sun filtering through the trees. I fluke it sometimes. Thanks for stopping by, Effy.

Fantastic! Just love your thinking here. I used ‘black ink, white paper’ in my haiku this week also, very cool coincidence. And I love how joy filled your gravatar photo is! 😀 A real pleasure visiting here!!

LOL – my photo was taken just before attending my baby’s 40th birthday in October this year – one cannot get more happy than that! I never gave a thought about the light being behind me at the time, but decided to use it anyhow. Thanks for liking it.
I just popped off while writing this to check your haiku – and it took me some time to get past your terrific one-line drawing. I’m finding lots of interesting blogs since joining in with this challenge. You have a new follower. Thanks for dropping by, Melissa. Your kind words are appreciated.
