The morning sun is still a novelty to me, Sue. We spent years working late at night when we cleaned a bank and two supermarkets. Didn’t wake up until near lunchtime. Taken ages to get our internal clocks adjusted. We are getting even earlier, these days though. Nothing now to have coffee at 7am. But then we lay abed for a few hours – Mr R with his recorded music videos (Rage) and me reading a book or playing with the laptop. 😀
Decided years ago, after we sold the factory, that I would only get up early if i couldn’t avoid it i.e. Julius waking nana up, Brian texting to say that he had just dug holes for fence posts, spread manure, washed car, refilled compost bins & played with neighbours dog all before 9,30 or Donald ringing to see where “mum” is.
