        I agree, miss going camping. Used to be in Guides, Rangers & Trefoil Guild (Wrinklies) loved camping and hiking trips. Beautiful in the Aussie countryside. Hope there are no serious bushfires this year. Have you “fireproofed” your place already?

        • We can’t fireproof our place, Sue, too many close trees and shrubs and the house is in dire need of renovation. But we’re cleaning up the yard, and Rob has kept down the grass outside on our two road sides. LOL – we only have three sides, it’s triangular block! Having the roads on two sides of us gives us firebreaks on the side a fire would come. If our side of town was threatened the CFA would probably backburn around us anyhow.
