I’m pretty sure this is broom bush, a pea-type flower. Found a clump of them by the McIvor Creek whilst out walking near the town. Only spotted the one bee, though.

Spotted pretty hawthorn blossom on our walk today, with insects which turned out to be hoverflies. Sometimes I’m just lucky. (Nikon D3000 DSLR)
