Sending this from my Windows Phone, between my morning coffees. The lake is placid, the surface broken by fishing darters and cormorants. Pelicans float in the distance and a magpie warbles above.

We’re still at Lake Cargelligo, resting up for the homeward leg.

Sending from my Windows Phone. Drove from Eumungerie to central New South Wales, near were we were a month ago! Unlike Condobolin, Lake Cargelligo has plenty of water. This is just one small corner near where we set up camp. Unfortunately, Mr R. has just informed me that the lake has blue-green algae. Damn! 😊
