Other Stuff

Another foggy morn, and other stuff on my walk

Yesterday was foggy. We couldn’t see the house across the road but, by time I got out of bed, it was thinning. I took this first photo before getting dressed. (Nokia Lumia 530)

I dressed, took my blood pressure tablet, popped on my heart rate monitor, harnessed the dog, and then we went for our walk.  (click on photos to enlarge)

fog3fog6foggy4I didn’t expect the wet cobwebs to photograph so well.  I love this bit of old fence down by the creek bed.

I trust you will enjoy your weekend.   🙂

    • Hi Maggie, no need for concern! My wristband activity tracker came with a chest band heart monitor which calculates the effort I put in while walking or whatever. The tracker and monitor communicate by wi-fi, and when I upload the data to Garmin, the activity gets synched to my calorie counting website. I try not to eat those calories saved, but I often do! The more you move, the more you are allowed to eat. But it takes a lot of walking just to counteract one gingernut biscuit!

  1. Lovely rural scenes Christine. Inside shot is different and very effective. But they all captured the feeling of a lovely crisp morning, the sort that makes me glad to have taken a walk! Thanks for taking me along with you.
