Not yet, Sue, but I like my platypus drinker – anything is better than the old margarine container. I have a 3-tier pond with a fountain pump which I dismantled during our big drought years ago, as we weren’t allowed to top it up. I think I can make a nice water feature if I put the top tier on the fence and let it cascade down into the next dish (on this side of the fence) and then into the pond. I can put all those rocks we moved to good use.
No, just landing. I try not to scare them, but it is the price they have to pay for free seed. I adore the sulphur-crested cockatoos. Thanks for calling in, Elizabeth. 🙂
