Hi Sue. This mint by the back door is really overgrown and hanging over the path. Vika has taken to rushing by my legs when I go inside, sending the bees up in a frenzy. I told her she’ll get one down her throat one day! Now I hang back until she’s at the door. I don’t want to get stung, either.

I can almost smell the mint. Stopped to look at some bees this morning, they weren’t happy that I was interrupting them, so I quickly walked on by.

Nicely captured. Bees are such a critical part of our universe, and such curious creatures. I agree that their wings are mesmerizing.
