Activity in the ivy has slowed. The berries are starting to form so it won’t be long before the currawongs arrive for their annual feast. I think I ought to build a bird hide. I wonder why I haven’t done that, before now. Too lazy.

I’ve put off cleaning my windows for ages, but fortunately, there was a reasonably clean spot to photograph these crimson rosellas just outside.
This splendid male was accompanied by a juvenile with extraordinary colouring. It’s pretty cold outside, so the bird is a bit puffed up.
