Taken today with the Nikon D3000. A few of these common ‘cabbage moths’ flying about. Here, it enjoys the mint blossoms.

This Common Brown wouldn’t spread its wings for me. If it had, I wouldn’t have noticed how one of the wings is oddly furled. There aren’t many butterflies about, though it is their breeding season.
