This is the view from the yard of a farmstay we clean out of town – looking towards the McHarg Ranges. These hills are currently a ‘no go’ zone for wind turbines
On our way home from Adelaide, I was fascinated by the sight of a wind farm on the coast near Port Fairy. These photos below are from Wikimedia.

Beautiful countryside, but I would rather see Wind Turbines than Nuclear Reactors any day. The cows don’t look too distressed.

Exactly, Sue. I thought they looked lovely and dramatic against the evening sky. I know I should have pulled over and taken some photos of my own.
