The photos today were taken on my Nokia Lumia 520. I’m hoping to get my mojo back with having a camera button on the side of the phone – the 530 lacks this.
Almost time for me to go out for an hour to work … where did the day go! Wrote a new scene today – a short one. Got a shock when I got on the scales this morning … 72.8kg … where did the weight go! A whole kilo gone in 24 hours. 😮 It will be like Arny – it’ll be back.
Congrats on the weight loss. I can get on the scales at night, before going to bed, wake up in the morning and weigh myself again & I have gained weight. I swear I’m not sleep walking and raiding the fridge. Isn’t it terrible how we get used to operating something a certain way, then change to a different method, difficult? Go back to the old one in a couple of months & you will have forgotten how it works.

I usually weigh at night too, just to get an idea of what to expect next morning. Then I weigh before my morning coffee. 72.5 kg this morning! It gives me motivation – not seeing 75 again if I can help it.

LOL, Tess. 😀 I actually threw an old scale out in the rubbish so no-one could get obsessed. I went by how my clothes fit, for years. I kept having to buy bigger things but I stopped the rot, refusing to buy anything with a 18 on it. Glad you liked the photos.

Love photos.
I have a pair of jeans I like. If they still fit and are comfortable after a wash, I feel good. If they’re tight I work of cutting corners in the kitchen or at the dining-room table, and they’re comfy again. 😮

Maybe not! Great photos. I think scales are highly over rated. I lave been trying to gain back lost weight for 4 years without luck. I only learn the correct weight when I visit doctor.n

Yeah, it’s best to go by how your clothes fit. I can’t imagine trying to put on weight! Glad you enjoyed the photos, Kayti.

LOL. Hadn’t thought of that. Good old jeans are best, especially freshly washed ones … when you put them on one is horrified at the tightness for awhile. But then they loosen up a bit. Phew! 🙂
