Sulphur-crested cockatoos and a pair of galahs – on my front fence, towards evening. Anxious to get their fill before the bossy Rainbow Lorikeet arrives.

Cockies & Galahs at the one time! Thought they would be fighting to get the best seed

There was a bit of jostling, Sue. They were united in their wariness of the lorikeets, I think. No show from them. A third galah got shunted off.

I don’t think I would ever get tired of seeing this merry band of bandits on my fence 🙂

The more regular appearance of the lorikeets make it interesting – the other birds are intimidated . Except for one sparrow, newly brave, who just flits out of reach. I hadn’t seen the galahs for ages, good to see them back, too. Thanks for dropping by, Joanne.
